I'm Sean Phillips, a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Executives Realty in Vernon, BC, licensed to trade in real estate across British Columbia. I've been licensed since 2022 and I'm a Top Producer. Online, most people know me as "Chalet Sean".
How I got here
I started in commercial real estate. Before that, I spent years in BC's legal cannabis industry, working on more than 200 commercial cannabis facility licensing projects with Health Canada as an independent consultant. Then I fell in love with the Okanagan and moved into lifestyle real estate.
I have a 40-year background in technology. I've built Google Street View virtual tours for local restaurants, resorts and attractions, and I'm a long-time Google Local Guide. That's why I build websites and videos that answer people's questions before they even ask.
Living it
I live full time at the Strand in Okanagan Landing, right on the lake. In winter you'll find me at SilverStar, where I've been a Friday Mountain Host for years. When I talk about lake life or ski-in/ski-out living, it's from experience.
